When I am in the streets, especially away from my home country, I like to spot the humor. Be it in the street signs, shop names or graffiti. Sometimes the serious message can look funny or even "arty" to me.

These are some examples I shot in Taiwan when I visited back in 2012. Some are actual art works but when you look at them all together it is hard to tell which ones are a joke and which are not...

街歩きをしていると、いろんな看板や落書き、標識などに出くわします。

特に外国では、他愛のないものが面白く感じられたり、時にはアートのように目に映ったりして、そんなユーモアを探し当てるのが楽しかったりします。。。

今回の写真は、2012年に台湾を旅行した際のスナップです。いくつかは本物のアート作品であったりするのですが、こうして並べてみると、どれがアートでどれがジョークで、またどれがまじめなサインだったりするのか、見分けが難しいような。。。
